Fear of flying can range from mild anxiety to full blown panic. Not every fear of flying phobia is constructed like every other fear of flying phobia. Sometimes this phobia is really a fear of heights, or claustrophobia (fear of enclosed, small spaces), or a fear of loss of control, since we usually don’t know the person flying the plane.
In sessions when fear of flying is the main issue, we I use EFT to help my clients understand what the underlying fears are. Once we know what those fears are, we clear them naturally, without the use of drugs, and easily.
